It is a lovely family hotel in Krakow with friendly hosts, spacious rooms, and tasty breakfast. The room had a kettle and tea bags, which benefited us. Parking was available behind the hotel for free. Reasonable cost for three people to stay.

We come to accommodation after longer journey. Parking was free behind accommodation. In the room was prepared bottles with water. Room was clean. The beds were ok. Breakfast was good.

We arrived late, after the official checkin time but it was not a problem, the hotel staff came to meet us and let us in. Breakfast was of broad selection and pretty good quality. All the hotel staff members were very nice and helpful. We had a very nice stay overall.

We choose hotel for it's location, free parking space and good price - get everything that we wanted. Location was in nice neighborhood of Krakow near the city center and main attractions, our car was safely parked in closed yard and we did get a quiet night stay at the last moment and good breakfast for good price.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. Nothing we asked about was a problem. The location is walking distance from the city center. Room was very clean. The breakfast had lot of varieties.

I love that they have their own parking here so I didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot on my own. I got the smallest room, so I didn't have to pay much for such a lovely hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The walk to old town takes about 20-15 minutes, which was perfect for me. Overall I loved my stay here!

The staff are very friendly, parking in the Hof very safe, breakfast was decent, has water kettle and tea, free bottle of water.

The hotel stuff is very pleasant and kind. The breakfast includes various items (usual sausages, eggs, yogurts, cereals, vegetables, ant traditional polish dishes like "pierogi" - thanks a lot for them!). The hotel is situated not far from the Old city (15 min by foot), and it cab be good visible from the street (one does not have to search it).

Highly recommended for all practical travellers. Great, helpful and supportive staff. Free parking. Nice breakfast and just 20-25 mins walk to the Old town of Krakow. 👍🏼❤️☺️
